摘要
应用日本大白兔,直视下刺破心肌表面,使血积于心包腔内,制作心包粘连模型,而后对其心包进行形态和组织学检查。结果表明:实验组心包粘连、增厚及炎症发生率高、程度重,心包间皮细胞损伤甚至消失,心肌损伤,出现胸腹水。提示心包粘连可能因间皮细胞损伤、纤溶能力下降而致。
In an attempt to simulate pericardial adhesion, a rabbit modelwas made by puncturing myocardium surface in 9 rabbits, causing theblood into their pericardial cavity. After 20 days, the experimentalrabbits and 9 controls ds were available,for post examination. Themodel showed that the incidence of pericardial adhesion increased (P>0.01) and the degree of pericardial adhesion was similar to thoseseen in clinic. This study provide a useful experimental model for re-searches of pericardial adhesion.
