摘要
目的:讨论MSCT斜冠状面重建显示腰椎小关节损伤的临床价值。方法:MSCT行腰椎扫描172例,扫描重建层厚2mm,间隔1mm,将数据行MPR处理;利用主机工作站的"脊柱智能间盘成像(Spine MPR)"技术,研究在矢状面定位像上对L1~S1各个椎间小关节进行平行于小关节间隙的轴向倾斜重建。通过操作使各个椎小关节都得到一组平行的轴位图像。结果:MPR重建后图像可以在另一角度清晰显示腰椎小关节上下关节突,对小关节突病变显示清楚。结论:多层螺旋CT结合进行斜冠状面重组技术能清晰显示腰椎小关节突病变,较常规的横断扫描更有重要价值。
Objective: To evalute the clinical value of Oblique coronal plane with Multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of facet joint injury of lumbar. Methods: 172 eases of lumbar MSCT scanning, scan reconstruction slice thickness 2mm,interval of 1mm, the data line MPR processing;use the host"Spine MPR" technology, research orientation in the sagittal plane as on L1 - S1 every facet joints parallel to the facet joint in the axial tilt reconstruction. Through the operation so that each facet joints have been a set of parallel axial images. Results: MPR images could show reconstructed in another point of view clearly shows the upper and lower lumbar facet joints, facet joint disease on the display clearly. Conclusion: MSCT combined with oblique coronal reeombination can clearly show the lumbar facet joint disease,is more than the conventional cross -sectional scanning important value.
