摘要
外语教学是一项复杂的系统工程,是培养国际交往人才的重要途径,是全球化对人才培养的需要。在这项工程中,语法教学、翻译教学和功能教学等外语教学法及其理论层出不穷,但迄今还没有出现一种为学界公认的行之有效的教学方法。文章认为,这与对外语教学本质,尤其是其中的矛盾认识不足密切联系。因此,运用哲学解释学理论重新反思外语教学的本质,理清其中的矛盾,为新的外语教学方法的建构做准备,就成为本文的目的和重要内容。
As a very complicated systematic project,foreign language teaching is an important means of training talents for international communication.Besides,the globalization necessitates foreign language teaching in terms of personnel training.Among this systematic project,grammar teaching method,translation teaching method and functional teaching method as well as teaching theories emerge one after another.However,there hasn't been an efficient teaching method acknowledged by the academia.This paper is of the opinion that this phenomenon is closely related to the insufficient understanding of the nature of foreign language teaching,especially the contradiction existing in it.Therefore,the purpose and concern of this paper is to reflect upon the nature of foreign language teaching,clarify the contradiction in it and to make preparations for the construction of new methods of foreign language teaching.
