中国教育技术青年研究者小生境研究及潜在应用——以2007年教育技术学博士生学术论坛为例 被引量:1

摘要 教育等人类活动系统经常被视为复杂系统,难以应用传统科学方法进行研究,因此一些研究者引入了生态学研究方法,使用"生态系统"的隐喻对人类活动系统进行研究。本文对中国青年教育技术研究者的现状取一侧面进行了小生境研究。研究结果显示,电子邮件是他们最认同的联络方式;大多数人愿意更多地与他人协作进行研究,但缺乏实现途径,而专家指点也是他们提升学术水平迫切需要的方式。此类研究成果的积累,可以帮助我们建立完整的分析框架和体系,以改进研究者和学习者的生态环境,帮助其提高绩效。 Human activity systems, include education systems, are often complex and difficult to be analyzed with traditional Scientific methods. Therefore, some researchers introduced ecological method to the study of human activity systems. They study educational systems by using the metaphor of ecosystems. This article reports the study of the ecological niches of junior educational technology researchers in China. The results indicate that E-mail is the most frequently used tool in their communication. In addition, most researchers prefer to conduct collaborative re- search with others face to face. Mentoring from experts in the field is a urgent need for their professional development. Accumulation of studies like this can help to build a systematic analysis framework, so as to help improve these researchers performance through optimizing their ecosystems.
