摘要 为了进一步理清三代核电机组数字化仪控系统国产化的思路和途径,在对AP1000非能动核电机组仪控系统技术特点进行简要分析的基础上,详细阐述了我国核电发展的新形势以及仪表和控制设备国产化的必要性,指出了技术转让、消化吸收、工程实践和重大专项研究等措施对国产化的重要作用,提出了CAP系列核电机组数字化仪表控制系统国产化的方向和基本规划。这将为国家相关部门的决策提供参考。 In order to straighten out the concept and route of localization of the digitized IC systems of the 3rd generation nuclear power units,on the basis of analyzing the technical features of AP1000 system,the new situation of development of nuclear power industry and the necessity of localization of IC equipment in our country are described in detail.The significance of the procedures including technical transferring,understanding and absorbing,engineering practice and research on dedicated topics upon the localization is pointed out,and the direction and basic planning of localization of CAP series nuclear power unit digitized IC system are proposed.This will provide reference to related departments of government.
