摘要
针对无机房电梯检修维护困难、费时费力且人力成本较高的现状,设计了无机房电梯的智能故障诊断系统。该系统由下位MCU、上位故障诊断系统和无线GPRS通信系统三部分组成。其中下位系统实现对安装在电梯上各种功能传感器的数据采集、处理和存储,并根据上位系统要求进行无线的数据传送;上位系统实现无机房电梯的预测故障诊断和健康状态分析,为无机房电梯故障诊断和健康状态分析提供网络化的信息服务。
At present,the maintenance for machine-room-less elevators is difficult,time consuming and requires much labor.Thus the intelligent fault diagnosis system for such elevators has been designed.The system composed of three parts,i.e.,slave MCU,master fault diagnosis system and GPRS communication system.Data acquisition,data processing and storage for various functional sensors installed on elevators are implemented in the MCU,and transmitted to master system as request via wireless network;while the fault prediction and diagnosis and healthy analysis are implemented in master system,which offers networking information services to machine-room-less elevators.
