脂质体靶向性的研究进展

Progress in study on targeting of liposome

近年来，为了提高脂质体的靶向性，国内外进行了广泛研究，开发出多种多样的靶向脂质体，为药物及基因的定向转移提供了有效手段，并为最终实现药物的体内控释开辟了前景。该文简要综述这方面的研究进展。

Recently, the targeting of liposome was broadly investigated and a variety of targeted liposomes were developed, which provide efficient tools for targeted delivery of drug or gene. In this review, the major advances in the issue were summrized.
