人尿中诺氟沙星的毛细管电泳快速分析

The rapid determination of norfloxacin in man urine by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE)

目的开发一种快速检测人尿中诺氟沙星（Ｎｏｒｆ）的分析法。方法采用毛细管区带电泳（ＣＺＥ），硼酸缓冲液，ＤＡＤ紫外检测器，测定冷冻后人尿中的Ｎｏｒｆ。结果Ｎｏｒｆ单剂２００ｍｇ口服后尿药峰浓度出现在４～６ｈ，２４ｈ后仍大于３１３．２μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１。在２００～３５０ｎｍ有吸收峰，最大吸收峰在２７４ｎｍ处。结论ＣＺＥ法简单、快速，适用于尿药快速检测；一般尿路感染口服Ｎｏｒｆ０．２ｇ，ｂｉｄ似足够。

AIM To develop a rapid assay of Norf in human urine. METHODS The Norf concentrations in 5 samples of man urine were detected by CZE with DAD detector after freezing the samples. RESULTS The peak value of Norf appears during 4￣6 h and over a 100 mg·L -1 (313 2 μmol·L -1 )of Norf is maintaining after 24 h. The absorbance of Norf. is from 200 to 350 nm and the maximum value is at uv 274 nm. CONCLUSION The assay techniques have been shown to be well suited for monitoring drugs in urine because of easily and simply procedure of application.
