活性炭粒度分布对吸附性能影响的灰色系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 用亚甲基蓝溶液模拟染料废水,考察不同粒径的活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.运用灰色关联分析方法,研究了活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附能力与其粒度分布分形维数值的相关性,建立了活性炭的平衡吸附量与0.26~0.40 mm颗粒含量的GM(1,2)灰色模型.结果表明:粒径为0.26~0.30 mm的活性炭颗粒的体积分数与平衡吸附量的关联度最大;GM(1,2)模型精度较高,对活性炭的平衡吸附量预测性较好. The adsorption capacity of methylene blue in wastewater by activated carbon of different particle size was measured. The relationship between the amount of adsorbed methylene blue at equilibrium and the panicle size distribution fractal dimensions of activated carbon was studied by gray relevant analysis. The gray model of GM ( 1, 2 ) was established representing the relationship between the amount of adsorbed methylene blue at equilibrium and 0.26-0.40 mm particle contenders. The results show that the volume fraction of 0.26-0.30 mm particles has a maximum effect on the amount of adsorbed methylene blue at equilibrium. The model of GM ( 1, 2) can forecast the amount of adsorbed methylene blue at equilibrium of activated carbon precisely.
