摘要
研究了不同Si/Al、碱度、晶化时间、晶化温度等因素对粉煤灰水热合成沸石种类、质量的影响,并对各影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明Si/Al为2.1时,粉煤灰水热合成的沸石以A型为主;当Si/Al在2.5时,出现A、P型及少量X型沸石的混晶;Si/Al在3.0和4.0时,合成的沸石以方钠石为主,增加碱度和晶化时间,沸石会向P型转化。
The influence of different Si/Al, alkalinity, the crystallization temperature and time on the type and quality of zeolite with hydrothermal synthesis method from fly ash was studied. The different kinds of influencing factors were also analyzed and researched. The results showed that when Si/Al is 2. 1, the main zeolite is type A, Si/Al is 2.5, the zeolite is mischcrystal of type A, P and a little X, Si/Al is 3.0 and 4.0, the main zeolite is sodalite, and it will transform into type P when alkalinity and crystallization time increased.
