玄武岩粉体在金属表面的等离子喷涂研究 被引量:1

摘要 以天然玄武岩为原料同时采用烧结和球磨两种工艺方法制备热喷涂粉体.球磨方法制备的喷涂粉体粒度为45~145 μm,烧结方法制备的粉体粒度小于80 μm.采用大气等离子热喷涂(APS)技术在45钢上喷涂玄武岩粉体.两种玄武岩粉体涂层与45钢基体均有良好的结合.用X射线衍射和SEM方法对非金属涂层结构进行分析.试验结果说明烧结玄武岩喷涂涂层后主要组织为非晶态结构,含有少量的晶体矿物和化合物,如尖晶石、磁铁矿、刚玉等.直接球磨玄武岩粉体喷涂形成的涂层组织结构主要以非晶态为主,含有少量晶体矿物如镁铁矿、磁铁矿和尖晶石等. Sintered and ball mill methods are used to produce thermal spraying powder from nature basalt. Particle size made by mill methods is 45-145 μm and particle size made by sintered methods is less than 80 μm. Atmospheric plasma spraying technology is applied to spray basalt powder on 45 steel substrate. The bond between 45 steel and two kind coatings of powders is well. The organizational structure and composition of the coating was analysised with X-ray diffraction and SEM. The experimental result shows that organization of coating with sintered basalt powder is amorphous structure, containing a small amount of crystal structure minerals such as spinel, magnetite, corundum and so on. Spraying with non-sintered basalt powder, the organization of the coating is mainly amorphous, containing a small amount of crystal minerals, such as magnesioferrite, magnetite, spinel.
