摘要
目的:通过检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子Basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)与Ⅳ型胶原(IVtypecolagen,IV-col)、层粘连蛋白(Laminin,LN)在婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达,探讨它们与血管瘤发病机理的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化法和图像分析技术,对70例婴幼儿血管瘤组织中的bFGF、IV-col和LN进行了定性和定量分析。结果:bFGF位于胞浆,胞核染色较淡;但主要位于细胞外基质,呈线网状分布。IV-col,LN主要位于小血管及增生的腺管周围,连续线状分布。三者在血管瘤组织中均呈高表达,且bFGF与IV-col、LN之间相关关系显著。结论:bFGF和细胞外基质的高表达与血管瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective:This
paper was to detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), type IV collagen(IV
col),and Laminin(LN)in infantile hemangiomas for probing the pathogenesis of hemangiomas.
Methods: We analysed the bFGF,IV col,and LN qualitatively and quantitatively in 70 cases of
infantile hemangiomas,useing immunohistochemical SP method and image analysis technique.
Results: There was obvious overexpression of bFGF, IV col,and LN in hemangiomas. bFGF
was present in the cytoplasm of endotheliocytes, mainly in extracellular matrix(ECM),and
manifested in linear reticulation.IV col and LN were primarily situated around the small vessels
and adenic canals in hemangiomas with continuous linear contribution. bFGF was closely
correlated with IV col and LN.Conclusion:Overexpression of bFGF,IV col,and LN in
hemangiomas might be related to the occurrence and progression of infantile hemangiomas.
