暴发性病毒性心肌炎18例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的 探讨暴发性心肌炎的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析18例暴发性心肌炎患者的临床资料,分析归纳其临床特点及治疗方法.结果 暴发性心肌炎临床表现多样复杂,常以心外症状起病,病情进展快,短期出现心衰、心源性休克及心律失常.治疗采取综合治疗,对出现Ⅲ度AVB者及时植入临时心脏起搏器,心源性休克者及时行IABP治疗.结论 暴发性心肌炎常以心外症状首发,早期诊断、积极合理综合治疗可提高治愈率.
