摘要
在传统IMD薄膜热压与薄膜热成型的薄膜拉深工艺基础上,通过有限元模拟与工艺实践相结合,分析了IMD薄膜拉深成型工艺以及拉深高度对工艺的影响。其中温度、压边力等对产品成型影响较大。结果表明:在薄膜拉深热成型工艺中合适的温度与压边力有利于保持产品厚度均匀、控制边角起皱和保证图案位置。研究结果对实际生产有较好的指导。
Based on conventional drawing process like thermopressing and thermoforming of IMD films,the effect of forming technology on the shaping process of IMD thin films was studied by using the finite element simulation and process analysis.The results show that an appropriate temperature and blank holder force is helpful to obtain uniform film thickness,prevent the wrinkling and hold the pattern position in the thermoforming drawing of the films.
