Development of injection mould for thermostatic faucet body

通过对温控龙头结构特点和功能的分析,采用滑块成型产品,利用螺杆原理成型产品内螺纹。有效地解决了传统铰螺纹模具难以解决的3个问题:起始螺纹处容易变形或崩塌;产品起始螺纹不在同一个位置;铰螺纹芯子容易抱死产品。

After analysis on the structure characteristic and function of a thermostatic faucet,it was determined that the part was shaped on the slide block of an injection mould and the internal thread formed by screw principle.In this way,some defects occurred in the forming process by conventional mould can be avoided,which covers： 1） The initial thread deforms or collapses;2） The position of initial thread is inconsistent;3） The hinged thread core may lock the part easily.
