摘要
7Cr13_Zn复合涂层具有强度高和硬度高、收缩率小等优点,是一种适合于电弧喷涂快速制模技术的喷涂层,通过正交试验,分析了电弧喷涂工艺参数对涂层强度、空隙率、耐磨性等指标的影响,得到了最优参数组合,根据该组合成功地将7Cr13_Zn复合涂层应用到快速制模中,改善了电弧喷涂模具的性能。
7Cr13-Zn composite coating has advantages such as high strength and hardness and small shrinkage that is suitable for rapid arc spraying tooling technology.The effect of arc spray parameters on the performance index like the coating strength,porosity and wearability were studied through orthogonal test and an optimal combination was obtained.The application of the optimized 7Cr13-Zn composite coating to rapid tooling improves the performance of the moulds.
