宜昌市2008年传染病疫情漏报情况调查

Investigation on Failure report for Infectious Diseases in Yichang City in 2008

目的根据宜昌市2008年传染病漏报调查的结果,分析医疗卫生机构传染病漏报的原因,为进一步防止传染病漏报、提高传染病报告质量找出科学对策。方法采取分层抽样的原则,对宜昌市医疗卫生机构的传染病漏报情况进行调查、分析,统计报告率和漏报率。结果 2008年传染病漏报率为0.30%。经χ2检验,对不同性质的医疗卫生机构漏报情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义。结论加强规范化管理,建立有效的传染病信息沟通和反馈机制,才能有效地防止医疗卫生机构传染病的漏报。

Objective According to the results of failure report for infectious diseases in the city of Yichang in 2008,the reasons of failure report were analyzed,for further preventive countermeasures to failure report for infectious diseases to improve the quality of report.Methods The stratified sampling principles were adopted to investigating and analyzing the missing report of infectious diseases,and statistical reporting rate and failure report rate were gotten,Results The missing report rate of infectious disease was 0.30% in 2008.It is showed that there were statistically signif-icant differences in missing report results among different medical and health institutions by using statistical tests.Conclusion It is important to strengthen standardized management,and establish effective communication and feedback mechanisms of infectious disease information for pre-venting failure report of infectious diseases effectively.
