象山半岛社区结核病防治模式的建立及措施

Construction of Community Based Pattern for Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment in Xiangshan peninsula and Strategies

目的探讨海岛地区建立社区结核病防治模式和管理体系,为积极推进结核病防治工作纳入社区管理提供依据。方法选择象山县社区卫生服务单位及组织体系进行综合分析。结果推行以社区防痨责任医生负责制的社区结核病防治模式,通过建立三级结核病防治网络,规范管理模式,明确服务范围,能满足居民不同层次的结核病健康需求。结论象山县结核病防治工作纳入社区卫生管理,建立的社区结核病防治模式,服务网络和管理体系,比较符合当地实际,能推动结核病DOTS策略的落实。

Objective To explore the construction of community based pattern and management system for tuberculosis prevention and treatment,and to supply evidence for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in community.Methods Community health services departments and the organization sys-tem selected in Xiangshan were analyzed systematically.Results the III grade network for tuberculosis prevention and treatment could be established through community based pattern with responsible doctor.The standardized management and definite extent could supply multiple-level health services for residents.Conclusion the pattern that prevention and treatment of tuberculosis be included in the system of community health supervision constructed in Xiangshan was feasible,and could improve the DOTS strategy for tuberculosis.
