摘要
随着国家西电东送规划的进一步实施,我国将出现多条交直流并联的混合输电系统。与传统交流系统不同,直流功率具有的快速可控的优点,将为电力的合理调度提供更快速有效的手段。广域测量技术的进一步发展与系统中更多PMU的投入使直流调制参与电力调度成为可能。文章在已有技术的基础上,对直流调制参与电力调度的必要性与可行性展开研究,提出直流调制参与电力调度将成为一种必然。
While Chinese government is applying"sending electrical power from west to east",there will be a few AC/DC hybrid transmission systems appearing in China.Different from traditional AC systems,DC power is faster and more controllable,and it can provide more efficient way for power dispatching.Development of the wide area measurement technology and application of more PMU is making HVDC modulation participating in the power dis-patching possible.Based on the existing technology this article studied the necessity and feasibility of HVDC modula-tion taking part in electrical power dispatching,showing that HVDC modulation is necessary for power dispatching.
