Technical Advantage and Operation & Maintenance Strategy of First Flue Gas Cooling Tower of Independent Design and Construction

三河发电厂二期工程采用的是排烟冷却水塔,属于我国首台自主设计、自主施工的项目,为该工程项目节省了大量的工程投资,鉴于是我国首台自主设计施工的项目,同时在水塔施工的过程中使用的是国产的水泥和防腐涂料,整个水塔全部实现了国产化,机组已经投入运行3年时间,文章介绍了水塔运行过程中出现的问题,供同行借鉴参考。

The flue gas cooling tower of Sanhe Power Plant Phase II was independently designed and constructed by Chinese for the first time,which saved a large amount of engineering investment.It has been in operation for 3 years.During the construction,all the material necessary was provided by domestic market such as cement and an-ticorrosion coating.This article presents the problems in operation of the tower in an attempt to offer references to the companies in the same industry.
