摘要
文章通过两组数据对高校图书馆科研产出情况进行统计,对比这两组统计数据做出合理分析,寻找高校图书馆职工科研产出及科研能力得到可持续发展的好方法,真正达到"以工作带科研,以科研促工作"的目的。
Through two groups of data,this paper makes statistical analysis on the outputs of scientific research in university library.It searches the good methods of obtaining the sustainable development of scientific research outputs and ability for university library staff,in order to achieve the target of driving the scientific research by work,promoting the work by scientific research.
