摘要
为筛选优异的抗旱种质材料,以来自俄罗斯的51份苜蓿种质资源为试验材料,采用室内盆栽法,在人工模拟干旱胁迫条件下,通过测定存活率、株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根冠比等形态指标,研究了干旱胁迫对不同苜蓿种质苗期生长特性的影响。并运用反复干旱后的存活率,对引进种质的抗旱性进行评价鉴定。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,除根冠比呈增加趋势外,所有苜蓿种质的存活率、株高、地上生物量和地下生物量均呈明显下降趋势。筛选出抗旱性极强的苜蓿种质6份,分别为ZXY06P-2446、ZXY06P-1631、ZXY07P-3264、ZXY07P-4169、ZXY06P-1836和ZXY07P-4158;筛选出抗旱性强的苜蓿种质24份,抗旱性中等的种质13份,抗旱性差的种质8份。
The effects of drought stress on the growth characteristics of 51 alfalfa germplasms were studied in the green house during the seedling stage.The morphological indexes including the survival rate,plant height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass and root-shoot ratio were measured and analyzed.The drought tolerance of different alfalfa germplasms were evaluated using the survival rate after repeated drought.The results showed that the survival rate,plant height and biomass decreased,while the root-shoot ratio increased under drought stress.Six germplasms with extremely strong drought tolerance,24 germplasms with strong tolerance,13 germplasms with medium tolerance,and 8 germplasms with weak tolerance were screened out.
