Consideration and Suggestion on the Development of Green Manure in Hebei Province

结合绿肥的概念,分析了河北省农业生产中施用化肥和有机肥存在的问题,详细阐述了河北省发展绿肥生产的必要性与可行性,并进而针对问题,从做好宣传工作,提高各级政府部门、推广机构和农民的思想认识以及结合现代农业的生产实际情况,从历史中学习发展绿肥的经验和搞好科研、做好示范、培训好农民、发展绿肥的多种用途等方面提出了河北省发展绿肥的对策。

Combining with the concept of green manure,the problems in the application of fertilizer and organic manure in agricultural production in Hebei Province are analyzed.The necessity and feasibility of developing green manure production in Hebei Province are elaborated.The development countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of learning historical experience,doing well scientific research,demonstrating,training farmers,and developing the various uses of green manure.
