摘要
利用有限元方法建立了六面顶压机合成金刚石环境热电耦合模型,对直热式腔体温度变化规律进行了分析。研究表明:合成腔温度的建立快慢及终态温度主要由加热初期的加热功率和叶腊石热导率决定,不同的匹配组合温度时间轨迹不同;温度相对稳定后,若加热功率不变,保温效果变差不会引起腔体温度降低,而使腔体温度更稳定;腔体内温度对加热功率变化响应灵敏,具有较好的可控性。
An thermal-electric coupled model of diamond synthesis environment in cubic anvil press was made and the laws of direct heating way was discussed. The results show that the speed of temperature rise and the final temperature is mainly determined by heating power and thermal conductivity of the pyrophyllite at the initial heating phase,which will vary from different combination. When the temperature comes into relative stable state,the deterioration of insulation will not cause temperature drop but more stable while keeping heating power unchanged. The temperature of iner chamber is sensitive to the change of heating power,and it has good controllability.
