摘要
利用不连续梯度聚丙烯酰胺圆盘凝胶电泳法,对新西兰兔、青紫蓝兔、比利时兔、日本大耳兔、加利福尼亚兔、德国巨兔、长毛兔(安哥拉兔)、哈白兔等8个品种家兔血清的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(以下简称LDH同工酶)进行电泳分析。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳能很好地分离出家兔血清中的5种LDH同工酶;家兔血清LDH同工酶谱的区带分布具有种的特异性;家兔血清LDH同工酶以B亚基占优势,A、B亚基的比率反映家兔的亲缘关系。通过实验,对家兔品种组合杂种优势进行了估测。
Eight species rabbits were used to study the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) by means of discontinuity polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results of experiment indicates that five species LDH isozyme of rabbit could be primly separate by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; there were distinct characters of species in the isozyme-spectra of LDH of rabbits' serum; the B sub-radix is ascendant than A sub-radix, the rate of A and B relation reflects the kin of rabbits; We estimate the heterosis of rabbits breed combined.
