摘要
在轻骨料混凝土中掺入一种新型纤维——塑钢纤维(简称HPP)或其与聚丙烯纤维的混杂,通过对不同掺量纤维混凝土的抗压、抗折、抗劈拉等试验,研究了纤维混凝土的力学性能,分析了纤维的增强、增韧机理及其混杂效应,并在考虑经济性与性能并重的基础上,寻找出了合适的纤维掺量。
HPP fiber which is new-type or HPP/PP hybrid fiber was mixing into the lightweight aggregate concrete.A series of experiments were performed on the fiber lightweight aggregate concrete with different fiber volumes.The relationship between fiber volume and compressive strength,bonding strength,splitting strength is found by the experiments.The mechanical property,improving toughness mechanism and the hybrid effect are studied,and allow for economy and properties,this paper select the suitable fiber volume.
