摘要
通过36个复高钛重矿渣混凝土和普通混凝土试件拉拔试验,以强度等级、钢筋直径及锚固长度为变量,对复高钛重矿渣混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能进行了对比研究。研究表明,同条件下,复高钛重矿渣混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固性能优于普通混凝土,具有良好的共同工作性能。并基于受均匀内压作用的厚壁圆筒力学模型,提出了复高钛重矿渣混凝土与钢筋粘结强度的建议计算公式。
By pull-out contrast experiments of 36 specimens of complex high titanium heavy slag concrete(CHTHSC)and natural aggregate concrete,the bond properties between CHTHSC and reinforcement are researched with the variable parameters of concrete strength,reinforcement diameter and anchorage length.The test result shows that,under similar conditions,the bond property of the reinforcement in the CHTHSC is generally superior to that of natural aggregate concrete,and there is good common bond property between CHTHSC and reinforcement.Based on the mechanic model of the thick-wall cylinder subjected to even compressive load,the suggestion formula for bond strength between CHTHSC and reinforcement is recommended.
