关于拓展我国行政赔偿范围的思考

Reflection on Expanding the Indemnification Range of Our Country Administration

我国行政赔偿范围比较狭小,有必要予以适当拓展:在行政赔偿事项范围上,应明确规定行政不作为损害赔偿,增加制定行政规范性文件的损害赔偿;在行政赔偿损害范围上,应增加精神损害赔偿和间接损害赔偿的规定。

Our country administration compensation scope is quite narrow and small,it is necessary to give suitable development： in the administrative compensation item scope,we should stipulate explicitly the damage compensation which administration does not take,increase the damage compensation of formulating administration document;in the administrative compensation damage scope,we should increase the regulations of spirit damage compensation and indirect damage compensation.
