Study on the Development Strategies of Hunan Sports Industry under the Background of "Rising in Central China" Strategy

湖南体育产业发展直接受到"中部崛起"战略影响,具体表现在:一是制造业的发展带动体育用品业的发展;二是基础设施建设投资加快公共体育场馆的建设;三是对外开放的步伐加快刺激体育旅游业的兴旺。因此,湖南应抓住"中部崛起"战略难得的机遇,争取优惠政策培育体育市场;大力发展体育用品业;建立体育产业基地;充分利用现有场馆资源;创新管理体制,建立现代体育企业制度;制定符合实际的体育产业政策;加强体育人才培养,以推动体育产业快速发展。

＂Rising in Central China＂ strategy affect directly the development of the sports industry in Hunan province,for example： firstly,the development of the manufacturing sector will lead to the development of sports goods industry;secondly,investment in infrastructure speed up the construction of public sports venues; thirdly,the pace of opening up will stimulate the boom of sports tourism industry.So Hunan should seize the rare opportunity of ＂rising in Central China＂ strategy and win over preferential policies to nurture sports market;develop sports goods industry;establish sports industry base;make full use of existing resources,facilities;innovate management system,establish a modern enterprise system sports;develop sports industry in line with the actual policy;strengthen personnel training and other sports.
