摘要
高校教材著作权权利的归属一直是非常重要但缺乏相应研究的问题。通过对教材基本内涵的分析,探讨了高校教材著作权权利的不同归属,建议把教科书纳入作品的客体进行保护,明确界定教材的定义和分类,对教材的合理使用进行修订。
The copyright ownership of colleges and universities textbooks has been very important, but lack of appropriate research for a long time. Studying the basic content of the textbooks, the different ownership of college textbooks' copyright is discussed. Putting textbooks into works and protecting them are proposed, the definitioh and classification of textbooks is defined def- initely and using textbooks reasonably is revised.
