On Service Functcions of Colleges and Universities Libraries

目前高校图书馆的生存和发展面临严峻挑战。高校图书馆应该从强化主动服务、开展快捷服务、实行开放服务、尝试预见服务等方面切实履行服务职能,提高服务质量。

At present the survival and development of colleges and universities libraries face serious challenges. They should fulfil effectively service functions from the aspects of strengthening active service, carrying out quick service, implementing an open service, trying predicted service to improve service quality.
