摘要
本文通过某氧化铝厂管式降膜蒸发器在使用过程中的缺陷分析,阐述了提高蒸发器运转周期及蒸发效率、清除及延缓蒸发器内结垢的改进措施。改进后蒸发器的运转周期从20天提高到30天以上,蒸水量从设计的165 t/h提高到195 t/h,降低了蒸水单耗,提高了蒸发效率。
Through analyzing the disadvantage in the process of using tube falling-film evaporator in an alumina factory,this article introduces the improving measures which were taken to improve the running cycle and evaporation efficiency of tubular falling-film evaporator and remove and delay the scarring in it.After improving,the running cycle time of tube falling-film evaporator was increased from 20 days to above 30 days,and the water evaporating amount was increased from 165t/h to 195t/h,which lead to decrease the unit consumption of evaporating water and increase the evaporation efficiency.
