摘要
由于湿法回转窑窑尾废气温度较低,目前对其余热利用尚处于探索阶段。某烧结法氧化铝厂对其回转窑(湿法窑)废气余热利用进行了初步研究,取得了一定成果。该企业在窑尾废气余热利用中采用了有机介质循环发电机原理,在窑尾电收尘器的两端安装热交换器(余热锅炉),将有机工作介质加热,使其气化,且压力达到1~2MPa,具有一定工作压力的工作介质驱动汽轮发电机发电。由汽轮发电机排出的低压工作介质经过冷却转变成液态后循环利用。
Since the temperature of waste gas at the rotary kiln terminal of wet process rotary kiln is lower,the exploitation of waste heat is still within an exploration stage.A sintering of alumina plant gives a preliminary study on the utilization of the waste heat of rotary kiln and gains some achievements.The plant adopts the principle of circular generator in organic medium to utilize the waste heat of waste gas at the rotary kiln terminal.The heat exchanger(waste heat boiler) is installed at both ends of ESP.Heat the organic working medium and makes it gasify,when the pressure is 1-2MPa,the working medium which can work under certain pressure drives the turbo-generator.The low-pressure working medium which was discharged by turbo-generator changes into liquid which was formed by cooling for circular utilization.
