血栓弹力图在冠心病介入治疗患者抗栓监测中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 血栓弹力图是1948年由德国人Harret博士发明，通过检测凝血过程中血凝块黏弹力的变化来检测血液的凝血、纤溶等过程，最早应用于监测外科手术患者围手术期的凝血功能变化。近年来在心血管外科手术过程中的凝血检测方面，血栓弹力图也得到了很好的应用，减少了术中术后血制品的应用，并减少了术中术后血栓、出血等并发症的发生。
