药物洗脱支架治疗无保护左冠状动脉主干病变研究进展

摘要 无保护左冠状动脉主干病变（unprotectedleft main coronary artery，ULMCA）长期以来被认为是经皮冠状动脉介入（percutaneous coronary intervention，PCI）的禁忌证，冠状动脉旁路移植术（coronary artery bypassgraft，CABG）是ULMCA惟一有效的治疗方法。
