中小型贮罐壁板变形分析与防止措施

摘要 分析了中小型贮罐安装过程中的罐壁板变形的原因,提出了罐壁板垂直度超标主要是环焊缝间隙差引起的新概念;为防止这种缺陷出现,从下料、滚板、运板、围板、加胀圈和焊接以及提升等方面,提出了具体的预防措施;同时提出了胀圈撑力估算公式,指出了用弧板弥补胀圈不圆的方法。 The causes resuhed in the deformation of the wall oceurred in the installation of medium and small tank were analyzed. The new concept that the cause of beyond limit in vertieal tolerance for the shell is resulted from the difference existed in the gap of welds was proposed. In order to prevent this defect, the eoncrete measures from the respeets of material cutting, plate roiling, plate transportation, plate enclosing, wehting and plate hoisting were presented. At the same time, the equation for evalualion of the supporting force in the strengthening rings and the method to use arc plate to protect round deviation occurred in the strengthening rings were proposed.
