通过对引起烟机振动值增加的因素进行分析,采取相应的措施,同时加强设备维护,减少工艺调整降低轴瓦振动,实现了机组长周期运行。

The cause analysis of intensifying vibration appeared in smoke machine was carried out. Then, the relevant measures were employed, the maintenance of the equipment was strengthened and the process adjustment was reduced so as to decrease the vibration of shaft sleeve. In this way, the long term performance of the machine set has been realized.
