简述了27SiMn热轧无缝管的红锈及麻面现象,影响其产生的因素,剖析实际生产造成麻面的原因,通过控制进出再加热炉钢管温度来防止缺陷产生。
This article briefly describes the phenomenons of red rust and pitted surface of 27SiMn hot-rolled seamless pipe and the affecting factors of its formation and analyzes its reasons.By controlling the temperature of heating furnace the defects are prevented.
