摘要
传统水下激光加工均采用红外激光,由于红外激光在水下的衰减较大,加工效率偏低。绿色激光在水中的吸收长度远长于红外激光,所以其在水中的能量损耗更小。在加工条件相同的情况下,分别采用红外激光和绿色激光水下加工不锈钢试件,通过力学传感器和数字式示波器测量比较加工时力学效应转换数字信号和观察两种波长激光加工孔的孔径、孔深及孔貌,结果表明绿色激光在水下加工效率要优于红外激光。
Infrared laser is adopted in traditional Laser Beam Machining in water,but attenuation of infrared Laser in water is severe so that the machining efficiency is low.Absorption length of green laser in water is longer than the infrared Laser's,so its energy wastage in water is much less.In the same machining condition,experiment of machining on stainless steel sheet is done separately by green laser and infrared Laser,and digital signals switched by mechanics effect are measured and compared by mechanics sensor and digital oscillograph,and the diameters,depths and appearances of blind hole are measured by microscope,the results show that the machining efficiency in water of green laser is much better than the infrared Laser's.
