Development and Application of Mechanical Processing Workshop's Mangement System Based on Access

Excel和Word等应用程序是用来进行日常管理数据的记录和统计,这种方法使各项管理信息无法形成科学的系统,资源不易实现共享,数据的计算和处理也很难实现计算机化。现借助Access数据库开发了一个小型的机加工车间管理系统,在实际应用时取得了良好效果,不但从根本上解决了上述问题,弥补了ERP系统的不足之处,而且各项管理工作得以理顺,减轻了管理人员的工作负担和压力。

Our workshop originally uses Excel and Word to daily manage data records and statistics,this approach can not make management information form a scientific system,can not realize the resource sharing and can cause data computing and processing to be computerized difficultly.To this end,the author uses Access database to develop a small machining shop management system which is used in practical application to achieve good results.The above problems are not only solved thoroughly to make up the company＇s ERP system shortcomings,but also the workshop＇s various management work is made straightened out and reduces the burden and the pressure of the management staff.
