摘要
为了提高离心分离机的生产效率,分析了离心分离机的结构特点,介绍了利用变频器结合PLC对离心分离机进行自动化改造的可行性及实现方法,给出了PLC与变频器连接的注意事项。系统改造后启动平稳,分离参数可调,操作简单方便,提高了工作效率。
In order to increase the productivity effect of centrifuge, this paper analyzes the features of centrifuge, presents the feasibility and method which a transducer and PLC are used to carry out the automation reconstruction of the centrifuge and gives the attention in the connection of PLC and transducer. The transformation makes the system startup stable, separation parameter adjustable, operation simple and its efficiency high.
