摘要
集散式测控系统中,下位机以PLC强大的功能广泛应用于工业控制现场;上位机以工控组态软件MCGS为开发平台,对下位机工作状态进行实时监控。最后以液体的混合控制系统的具体设计过程为例,进一步说明了组态软件MCGS在PLC控制系统中应用具体设计过程。实验结果证明了该方案的有效性和正确性,并具有较好的实际应用价值。
The lower computer,with PLC powerful features is widely used in the field of control in distributed control system,the upper computer,with MCGS configuration software platform,shows the status of the crew of real-time monitoring purposes.This paper takes the liquid mixture specific control system design process for example and further details the configuration software MCGS in the PLC control system and its specific application in the design process.Finally,experimental results show that the programme has effectiveness and accuracy,and good practical value.
