摘要
在介绍自行研制的超磁致伸缩微位移驱动器(GMA)的结构和工作原理的基础上,重点研究了GMA的驱动磁场特性,通过有限元方法分析建立了GMA二维非线性磁场模型,并借助ANSYS软件成功获得GMA的磁场分布,且有效预估了GMA的工作性能参数。
This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) developed from giant magnetostrictive material by ourselves, builds up the 2D axis - symmetric model of GMA' magnetic field with the finite element method and then analyzes the magnetic field of GMA by the software ANSYS. Finally,the working performance parameters of GMA are successfully estimated.
