摘要
国内某水泥厂发生了原煤仓垮落事故,为查找原因进行了详细的计算分析。计算得出事故结论:由容器圆筒限定的支座许用外弯矩不足是事故发生的主要原因,焊缝缺失是次要原因。在分析计算的同时,详细介绍了筒仓耳式支座的设计计算与校核方法;在此基础上,对水泥厂筒仓耳式支座的设计提出了一些建议。
The coal silo of a domesic cement plant collapsed, and detailed calculation was done to alaysis the accident cause. The conclusion was that the main cause was the allowable torque of the silo support, and the secondary cause was the defective welding. At the same time, the design calculation method and verification of hanging support for silo were introduced in detail. Finally, some suggestion of the hanging support design was put forward.
