摘要
针对中电投东北分公司各汽轮机组远程故障诊断的研究,设计并开发了诊断系统。先从理论上对振动信号的特征参数作了分析,阐述了模糊诊断的理论和应用方法,然后根据各特征参数的计算方法介绍了构建该系统的过程。最后利用该软件分析处理电厂实测数据,包括绘制谱图和故障诊断,取得了良好的效果。
A diagnostic system is designed and developed according to the research on the long-distance malfunction diagnosis of the gas turbines in North-East Branch of CPI. First,characteristic parameters of vibration signals are analyzed in theory, and expounded the theory and application method of fuzzy diagnosis, then introduced the process of building the system which according to the method of calculating the characteristic parameters. At last, use the software to analysis and deal with the actual data of power plant,including charting and fault diagnosis, and achieved good results.
