摘要
电站汽轮机转子安装叶片的锁口槽,四周的圆角R为3mm。必须采用小直径的立铣刀铣削加工。由于大型镗床主轴的转速比较低,铣削速度较低,只能选择大直径的立铣刀,铣削完成后,再由钳工修成R3,质量较差。通过进行切削试验,在主轴增加增速装置,提高切削速度,可直接采用6立铣刀铣削,提高了加工质量和效率。
Locking grooves for assemble blades of rotor of steam turbine,the rounded corner R should be 3mm. must use vertical miller with small diameter to mill. For the speed of main spindle of large size boring machine is low, and the milling speed is low. So must choose vertical miller with large diameter to machine. After milling finished,fitter to dress it to R3, the quality is not good. By conducting cutting tests, add speed increase device on main spindle, to improve cutting speed, could use Ф6 vertical miller to machine directly. Machining quality and machining efficiency are improved.
