摘要 通过分析矩形截面伸缩履带式底盘的加工工艺性和使用维护中存在的工艺复杂、难度大和磨损等缺点,应用圆形截面易加工和滑动轴承承载能力强的特点,采用DELPHI软件编写截面计算优化程序,基于UGNX平台设计了圆筒式伸缩嵌套结构的伸缩履带式底盘,底盘的圆形伸缩截面显著改善了结构件关键部位的加工工艺性,在降低加工难度的同时,大大减少了机械加工量,模块结构设计和加工工艺降低了对大型镗铣床的要求,提高了生产效率,滑动轴承更易拆卸,且便于维护保养,减少了结构件的刚性磨损。 Through the analysis on the processing manufacturability related to the telescopic crawler chassis with rectangular cross section as well as the shortcomings such as complicated process,difficulties,wearing and so on existing during the operation and maintenance,the telescopic crawler chassis of cylindrical telescopic nested structure is designed based on UGNX platform by applying the characteristics of easy processing for circular cross section and strong bearing capacity of sliding bearing and by adopting the cross-section-calculation optimization program written by using DELPHI software. The circular telescopic cross section of the chassis significantly improves the processing manufacturability of the critical parts of structural components,which not only reduces the difficulty of processing but also greatly reduces the amount of mechanical processing. The requirements for the large milling and boring machine are reduced in respect of module structure design and processing technology,the productivity is improved,and the sliding bearing becomes more removable and easy to be maintained,reducing the rigid wearing of structural components.
