摘要
对客运专线混凝土浇筑机中的大倾角螺旋输送器的结构进行了研究和设计,对主要参数进行了计算,通过有限元计算和试验对设计和计算进行了验证,结果表明螺旋输送器在大倾角下输送混凝土是有效的,设计是合理的。
Through the study and design for the structure of the large angle screw conveyer in the concrete pouring machine for passenger dedicated lines,main parameters are calculated,and the design and calculations are verified through finite element calculation and test. The results indicate that the conveying of concrete by the screw conveyer under large angle is effective,and the design is reasonable.
