摘要
通过对铸造起重机进行整个工作过程有限元瞬态动力学分析,根据端梁产生裂纹的原因,针对桥架危险部位的应力特点提出了补强方案,并对该方案进行瞬态动力学仿真,评价其效果。
Through the finite element transient dynamic analysis on the whole operation process of the ladle crane,a reinforcement program is proposed directing towards the stress characteristics of the dangerous positions of the bridge based on the causes of the cracks in the end carriage,for which the transient dynamics simulation is performed,and the effects are also evaluated.
