摘要
以有限元理论及振动力学为基础,运用ANSYS软件对盘式制动装置的制动盘进行三维建模,并对该模型进行有限元分析,得到制动盘的应力、应变规律和固有频率,通过结果分析,对制动盘的结构做了进一步的优化设计,结果显示,优化后的结构不仅能够满足强度要求,而且能有效减轻制动过程中的抖动现象。
Based on the finite element theory and vibration mechanics,three-dimensional modeling is carried out for the disc brake using ANSYS software,and finite element analysis is performed for this model,obtaining the stress and strain laws,and natural frequency of the brake disc. Through the analysis on the results,further optimal design is conducted for the structure of the brake disc,and the results indicate that the optimized structure can not only meet the strength requirements but can also effectively reduce the jitter during braking.
